Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, build contract templates and playbooks, partner with compliance on regulatory matters, support responses to regulatory inquiries, and advise cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- active bar membership (VA, DC, or MD preferred)
