Role OverviewThe Associate, Global Compliance will support tms' global compliance program by monitoring emerging regulations, researching compliance requirements, and preparing reports. This role is designed as a development opportunity to build technical knowledge of global regulations and develop into a Compliance Specialist.
What You Will Do
The primary objectives of this role include regulatory intelligence & research, compliance reporting & business intelligence, and regulatory analysis. The Associate will assist in maintaining the organization's global compliance knowledge repository, prepare recurring regulatory intelligence reports, and support compliance risk evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 0–3 years of professional experience if degreed; 2-4 if coming by experience
- Strong research capability
