Role OverviewThe Associate HR Consultant/HR Consultant I serves as a professional consultant representing Abundant Professional Services in delivering Human Resources consulting, workforce risk assessments, Human Resources Audits, compliance reviews, organizational support, and workforce solutions to client organizations.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive Human Resources Audits, evaluate personnel files, review employment applications, conduct onboarding and personnel file compliance reviews, and assist clients with employee relations matters.

Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience applying Human Resources principles in real workplace environments
- Working knowledge of federal and Virginia employment laws
- Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and policy administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple client assignments
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client locations
