Role OverviewThe Associate Human Resource Business Partner will maintain effective partnerships with HR leaders and department leaders, provide administrative support to senior HR staff, and work with HR Business Partners to advise managers on the corrective action process.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of legal requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and serving as a resource to staff and management regarding resolution of work-related issues.

Requirements
- Associate degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or related fields
- Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources in lieu of degree
