Job Description
The Boeing Company's Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Quality Operations Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Mesa, AZ. This role requires a hands-on, visible presence on the manufacturing floor to ensure employees receive support and that concerns are quickly resolved.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
  • 1+ years of experience in Change Management/Integration
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
  • 1+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen
