Role OverviewThe Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking an Associate ICA Writer to support arbitration matters between the company and other insurers. The role prepares persuasive written arguments that clearly articulate and support the position of the Claims Department. The position is based at the company's Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
What You Will Do
Prepare professional, well-written, persuasive arbitration submissions, review claim files, analyze facts, evidence, and disputed issues, and collaborate with Field Claims, Claims Recovery, and Legal partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant insurance/legal experience
- Prior experience in Claims, Insurance litigation support, and Legal writing is beneficial but not required for entry-level candidates
- Strong persuasive and analytical writing skills
- Understanding (or ability to learn) the insurance claims process
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
