Role OverviewThe Associate for International Project Development focuses on the design, development, coordination, and oversight of international humanitarian projects. This role works closely with global partners to shape high-quality proposals, support disaster response and recovery initiatives, and ensure projects align with PDA’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership and coordination for the development, implementation, and monitoring of international humanitarian and recovery projects in collaboration with global partners and aligned with PC(USA) strategy and priorities. Support effective project planning, partner engagement, emergency response coordination, and reporting processes to strengthen program impact and accountability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4-7 years of increasingly responsible related programmatic experience

- Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other appropriate software
