Role OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Immigration Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join as the first attorney hire at a YC-backed startup that's rethinking how immigration law is delivered.
What You Will Do
Managing your own caseload of O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions from intake through filing, running free attorney consultation calls with prospective clients, drafting, reviewing, and submitting petitions, and providing product feedback to the engineering team.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any U.S. state (New York bar is a plus)
- 1–3 years of business immigration experience, ideally at a large immigration firm like Fragomen, BAL, or a comparable practice
- Moldable and not set in their ways — open to learning a creative, client-first approach to case-building rather than defaulting to big-firm playbooks
- High agency, entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build at an early-stage startup, not just fill an associate seat
