Associate, Investment Banking - Healthcare Services

What You Will Do

Support senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities, including interaction with current and prospective clients, create detailed financial models, participate in and help drive all aspects of deal coordination, and assist the senior banker and deal teams to analyze financial statements, conduct due diligence, build complex financial models, complete industry and comp analysis, and distill large amounts of information into concise memos that address key credit risks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience
• Healthcare Investment Banking experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
• Strong grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
• Demonstrated excellence in working effectively as an individual and as part of a team
• An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
