Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up; Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels; Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment.

Requirements
- Master’s degree (any Major)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
