Role OverviewThe Ohio Environmental Protection Agency seeks an Associate Legal Counsel to join the legal group supporting the Division of Surface Water. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and advice to the director and division chief, craft legal strategies, and navigate multi-division/agency legal issues.
What You Will Do
As a senior staff attorney, you'll draft and negotiate enforcement-related documents, conduct legal research, provide legal advice to staff and senior management, and review public records for confidentiality/public disclosure.

Requirements
- Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
- 12 mos. exp. as licensed attorney
- 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development
