Job Description
The Associate Liability Claims Adjuster position is responsible for analyzing and adjusting minor commercial claims as assigned. The role involves verifying coverage, adjusting claims, communicating with interested parties, monitoring independent adjusters and attorneys, and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of claims handling experience
  • Adjuster's license
  • Minimum of two years insurance industry experience
  • Familiarity with basic insurance and tort law
  • Understanding of basic legal principles and terminology
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
  • Intermediate computer skills
