Role OverviewThe Associate Manager, Clinical Data Management will lead studies, develop project documentation, and ensure data quality according to client expectations. They will work directly with Sponsors to understand their requirements and lead the implementation of those requirements.
What You Will Do
The Associate Manager will be accountable for all DM activities, provide instruction to their DM study team, and review their output to ensure the highest quality. They will also work with the Project Manager to build timelines to meet contracted milestones.

The ideal candidate will be a primary data management role in complex In-house studies, have experience in In-house study start-up, conduct, and close-out, and be proactive and an independent worker who can mitigate problems before/as they arise.
Requirements
- University / college degree
- 6 to 8 years of DM experience with minimum of 1 years of direct sponsor management
- Experience in handling customer concerns and experience with managing Scope of Work and budgets is preferred
- Knowledge of clinical trial process, DM, clinical operations, biometrics, and system applications to support operations
