Job Description
As the Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services, you will oversee healthcare management staff, implement clinical policies and procedures, and ensure consistency in clinical interventions. You will work closely with functional area management and be accountable for meeting financial, operational, and quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Must have active current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
  • 3+ years of acute experience as a Registered Nurse
  • 1+ years of Utilization Management experience
  • Must have experience using MS Office suites
  • Must be willing to work holiday rotation annually, up to 2 per year
  • Occasional travel less than 5% to complete audits/meetings
