Requirements

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics
• Display a good sense of initiative, strategic thinking, and champion change

• Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching
• Clearly articulate strengths, goals, and opportunities, and utilize company tools for a 360-degree coaching culture
• Exercise strong written and verbal skills, adapt communication skills upwards, laterally, and to their team, and demonstrate ethical conduct
• Collaborate effectively with team, manage personal timecards, and maintain Tumi University Training
• Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, enforce excellent client services, and ensure a consistent superior client experience
