Job Description
The Associate Manager provides daily accounting and systems support for the Hedge Team, overseeing daily team activities and assisting in supervising staff to ensure timely and accurate work.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ years' experience in Hedge Accounting or related field
  • 0 - 2+ years' supervisory experience in performance management, training, talent acquisition and retention
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
