Role OverviewThe Associate Manager of Field Communications & Activation will be responsible for bringing the daily business tools, promotions, and programs to life for our field to directly impact the lives and businesses of our consultants. This role will drive the development, execution, and iterative improvements to our most important monthly communications & activation tools in partnership with various teams.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include driving the development and execution of monthly communications & activation tools, working cross-functionally with promotions and recognition teams, crafting compelling positioning and messaging narratives, managing end-to-end campaign and program execution, and managing deliverables and timelines.
