Job Description
The Associate Manager, Planning Excellence role will play a critical role in enabling Newell's strategic imperatives by advancing end-to-end planning capabilities, focusing on supply planning and inventory management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management, with a focus on supply planning and inventory management.
Strong business process knowledge in distribution and manufacturing environments.
Experience with SAP APO - SNP (Supply Network Planning), SAP IBP, and statistical safety stock solutions.
Experience with AI, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain tools.
Ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations across functions and levels.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Power BI and Excel.
Demonstrated expertise in process design, standards development, and continuous improvement.
Ability to champion change, build buy-in, and influence across functions and levels.
