Job Description
The Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that reflects the TUMI brand ethos while building relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service and has a strong understanding of the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets.

Requirements

  • Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics
  • Display a good sense of initiative, strategic thinking, and champion change
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for store associates
  • Exercise strong written and verbal skills, adapt communication skills, and demonstrate ethical conduct
  • Manage personal timecards, maintain Tumi University Training, and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, and enforce excellent client services
