As an Associate Manager PT 20-29 hours, you will create a client experience that reflects Tumi's ethos, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service in a luxury retail environment.

Requirements

  • Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics
  • Display a good sense of initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change
  • Develop and teach training content, and monitor store associate training
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Exercise strong written and verbal skills, and adapt communication skills upwards, laterally, and to the team
  • Maintain Tumi University Training and adhere to company policies and procedures
