Job Description
The Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that reflects the TUMI brand, building client relationships, and driving sales through outstanding service.
Requirements
Performance to Goals: Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics
Leadership and Initiative: Display a good sense of initiative, plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change
People Development: Help teach others training content, demonstrate openness to new ideas, and quickly learn and apply to the job
Communication and Relationship Building: Exercise strong written and verbal skills, adapt communication skills upwards, laterally and to their team
Compliance: Manage personal timecards, maintain Tumi University Training, and adhere to all company policies and procedures
