Job Description
The Associate Maintenance Programs Engineer supports the Maintenance Programs Team within Technical Operations by assisting in the development and optimization of Southwest Airlines’ scheduled maintenance programs.
Requirements
Assist in preparing, formatting, and updating maintenance-related technical documentation
Assist with gathering and analyzing aircraft reliability data
Participate in the development and substantiation of maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other departments for impact driven from maintenance program changes
Support the implementation of document change requests and OEM document revisions
May perform other job duties as directed by Leadership
