Works in a pediatric hematology and oncology clinic, supporting patients and families from diagnosis through treatment and long-term follow-up.
What You Will Do
Conducts patient check-in and check-out, manages reception area and welcome tablets, schedules appointments, provides excellent customer service, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing forms.
