Job Description
Per Scholas is seeking an Associate, People to support organizational initiatives and enhance employee engagement. This role involves crafting internal communication plans, creating engaging content, coordinating learning resources, and collaborating with leaders to improve workforce experiences. Requirements
3+ years of experience in communications, preferably with internal or HR-related communications.
BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and deliver messages and execute effective communication plans.
Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and execution skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, capable of thriving in a matrix environment.
