You will lead a team of structural engineers and BIM designers, working closely with architects, contractors, and other consultants. Requirements
- 12+ years of building design experience
- SE license is required
- Recognized as a leader in the industry
- Proven track record with clients in delivering successful projects
- Ability to act as a strong and decisive leader
- Strong technical ability, preferably with unique strengths within a certain technical area or market sector
- Experience with DSA and HCAI/OSHPD is a plus
- Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 is a plus
- Master’s degree from a US university in structural engineering is highly desirable
- Strong communication and people skills, and team players required
