Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Principal to lead the PED Insights & Analytics (monitoring) portion of our PCS-I study-level solution and offerings, with responsibilities including end-to-end delivery of eCOA analytical insights and compliance monitoring components, hands-on quantitative analysis, interpretation, and communication of patient experience data (PED) insights, and process improvements to delivery and scalability of our PED Insights & Analytics portion of our offering.

Requirements

  • Lead delivery of eCOA compliance monitoring and patient experience data (PED) insights across assigned clinical studies
  • Lead development of study-level monitoring plans
  • Conduct hands-on quantitative data analysis using Excel and other analytical tools
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to deliver client-ready deliverables and monitoring reports
  • Establish and refine eCOA compliance monitoring approaches
