Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Principal (AP) to act as the first dedicated hire for the MedTech US Launch Advisory team. In partnership with the Principal for MedTech Strategy Consulting, this individual will lead consulting engagements, seek and close consulting opportunities, hire and oversee the managers/consultants responsible for executing the consulting engagements, manage client relationships, and collaborate with other relevant IQVIA teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred.
  • 8+ years of work experience in the MedTech industry, ideally in product launch, commercial strategy, launch consulting, or sales management/operations.
  • Deep expertise in designing, advising on, or overseeing the launch of at least one novel MedTech asset with a proven track record of success.
  • In depth and long-standing relationships with client MedTech companies.
  • Excellent client relationship and influencing skills.
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral).
  • Exceptional literacy in Microsoft Office e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • A willingness or ability to travel as needed (5-25% on average)
