Role OverviewThe Associate Product Line Manager role encompasses responsibilities involving account, program, and operations management. This is a customer-facing role, and as such, it is key to the success of the business. The Associate Product Line Manager will manage all facets of their customer accounts and projects and drive the sales, engineering, and operations functions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include customer account management, customer program management, operations management, quote generation, new customer onboarding, sales order creation, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition within the ERP system.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or higher
- Minimum of 0-2+ years of account and/or program management experience in the semiconductor or a related industry
- 0-2+ years of business experience in order management, customer service, sales, accounting, accounts/program management, or similar combination of roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle PLM and Workstream or other foundry MES system a plus
