Job Description
Phocas is seeking a Product Support Analyst to contribute to escalated customer issues, root cause analysis, and best practices implementation. This role involves leveraging Phocas, understanding customer usage, and gaining proficiency in AWS, cloud architecture, and system reliability. The position is available in either a hybrid capacity in either the Costa Mesa, CA or Reno, NV office.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience
  • Solid knowledge of Phocas and customers usage
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux and application stacks
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Interest in developing knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, reliability practices, and cost optimization
