You'll gather requirements, research alternatives, gain consensus, and deliver. Whether you're documenting a new training procedure or resolving a critical system bottleneck, your work ensures our customer processes run smoothly and our applications remain world-class.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in system-to-business alignment
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in MSSQL
- Comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON
- Project management chops to drive a solution from initial problem stage to testing and implementation
