Job Description
Edconic is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager, Digital Learning to lead and manage course development projects across a diverse portfolio of online and in person programs. The Associate Project Manager will oversee the execution of course development projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with the brand’s goals. This position also plays a vital role in managing cross-functional collaboration with faculty, instructional designers, program teams, and video production to bring engaging learning experiences to life.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • CAPM certification is required; PMP certification is preferred and should be a professional development goal.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally with a strong focus on course development and delivery.
  • Experience managing educational projects or working in a learning-focused organization is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver with a proven ability to complete projects within a defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong experience with project management software and methodologies; experience with monday.com is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
