Job Description
Assist and support the Project Manager in scheduling equipment, resources, and information to implement projects; organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings; and ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Requirements
Establish document templates to capture and track project information upon project initiation
Plan meetings and organize project logistics
Perform project cost control tasks
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files
Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
Communicate with clients as needed and directed by the PM to provide updates, request information, and facilitate group communication
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Provide administrative support as needed
Monitor the progress of project tasks such as action items and key deliverables
Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
Act as secondary client contact
