Role Overview

The Associate Quality Designer will be part of the Quality Verification team, responsible for testing, documenting, and analyzing the game during production. The role requires a deep understanding of the technical structure of games, new testing methodologies, and the ability to speak to the most effective tools. The Associate Quality Designer will work closely with the development, production, and design teams to promote a higher quality player experience.

What You Will Do

The Associate Quality Designer will build working relationships with team members, propose and bring solutions to problems, and support the identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities. They will also leverage testing tools and AI capabilities to inform testing strategies and optimize test coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent QA experience)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with defect tracking software (preferably Jira), QA planning tools, and gaming console platforms
  • Skilled in writing comprehensive test plans and cases using black, gray, and white box testing practices
  • Deep knowledge of American/College Football and familiarity with the College Football video game series
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
