Role OverviewWe're seeking recent college graduates and early-career professionals for our Associate Revenue Management Analyst hiring cohort. Selected candidates will join either the Pricing or Yield Management Team, two closely connected organizations that use data, analytics, and business strategy to influence commercial decisions across Southwest's network.
What You Will Do
As an Associate Revenue Management & Pricing Analyst, you'll analyze customer demand, market performance, and competitive activity to help maximize passenger revenue. You'll use data and analytical tools to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and implement pricing and inventory strategies that influence business results.
