We are looking for a proven 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant to help shape a new market from day one. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and contribute to the setup of the US operation by feeding into processes, market strategy, and growth plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant within the construction sector
  • US market experience is preferred but not essential if you have strong billings and a commercial mindset
  • Strong track record of business development and consistent revenue generation
  • Confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial energy
