What You Will Do
Manage interview scheduling, ensure a smooth candidate experience, review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and proactively source passive candidates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR/talent acquisition experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Excellent organizational skills
