Associate Recruiter

West Shore Home is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll manage the candidate experience from initial application through offer, partnering with hiring managers to identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates for our regional operations teams.

What You Will Do

Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, administer candidate assessments, extend verbal and written offers, manage candidate communication, and track recruiting activity.
