What You Will Do
The role involves managing creative assets, product information, copy, and launch timelines, tracking retailer performance and marketing placements, and monitoring ecommerce trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 Years of Marketing Experience required, preferably in Fragrance/Beauty
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing with an emphasis in understanding luxury brands in multi-channel selling environment
- Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills both personally and by guiding cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
- Possesses strong analytical and communication skills
- Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and markets, and at all levels of the organization
- Naturally curious with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Understanding and passion for the luxury and beauty industries, and the ability to execute goals in the digital space at the global level
- Have the ability to interpret data, prioritize projects and deliver with a sharp attention to detail
- Be reliable, committed and willing to go above and beyond if the brand requires
- Web usability, User Experience, QA testing, and Microsoft Office
