Role OverviewJoin our Research team to work on purifying diverse vaccine antigens using chromatographic tools. We use a broad palette of chromatographic tools to purify diverse vaccine antigens. Practical, hands-on experience with multiple chromatographic modalities is required.
What You Will Do
Execute AKTA FPLC chromatography techniques, design chromatography trains, and present data to the team. Keep accurate records of development experiments and contribute to technical discussions.

Requirements
- BS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a relevant science
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant internship or industry experience
- Experience with diverse protein targets, bacterial and eukaryotic recombinant proteins, small/large subunit vaccine antigens, fusion proteins, multimeric complexes, glycoproteins, and VLPs
- Familiarity with automation or high throughput workflows and orthogonal cleaning strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
