Role OverviewThe Agentic AI & Hyperautomation Portfolio Lead will serve as a strategic leader within ITSSG, helping to advance the adoption of Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI orchestration capabilities across ITS. Working closely with business, product, architecture, engineering, and platform teams, the role will identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and accelerate digital transformation through AI-powered automation.
