Job Description
Join the dedicated Single Family Residential team at Starwood as an Associate to assist in all aspects related to the asset management of single family residential investments and sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, strategy/operations
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Development and/or real estate cash flow modeling experience
  • Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)
  • A true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision
