Job Description
Grow Healthy is seeking an Associate, Social Work & Marriage Family Therapist to provide clinical services across the life span, applying psychological/counseling principles in assessment, clinical interventions, research, training, case management, and consultation. The role involves providing therapy across various locations, including clinics, schools, and/or other programs, and collaborating with patients and families to define treatment goals and measures of treatment success using evidence-based outcome measures.

Requirements

  • Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science
  • Master's degree from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE) or by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English and other predominant of the population served
  • Valid BLS certification or higher
