Role OverviewWe're looking for an Associate Software Engineer with a passion for designing and building modern web applications. This role develops tools that power CoStar Group's proprietary platform, supporting sales and research teams across our portfolio of brands.
What You Will Do
You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to write clean, maintainable code, develop automated tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to cross-functional design and planning discussions.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable major.
- Must have an expected graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- At least 2 months of previous relevant internship or co-op experience.
- Experience applying software engineering fundamentals through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.
- Ability to discuss prior internship, project, or academic work, including the problem solved, technical approach, collaboration, and outcomes.
