Job Description
As Associate Store Manager, you will lead the team to deliver an inspiring shopping experience, promote the Ballard Designs brand, and exceed sales expectations. You will report to the Store Leader and work at Tysons Corner, McLean, VA. The role includes hiring and retaining great talent, creating a fantastic place to work and shop, and executing company procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail industry
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS Systems
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
