Role OverviewSupport the flow of production by helping build and manage plans that keep our operations running efficiently and effectively. As an Associate Supply Planner, you will develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule for assigned plants, balancing short term execution with longer term planning to meet demand and optimize inventory levels.
What You Will Do
Create and maintain the optimum Master Production Schedule to obtain maximum ROA from given facilities with direction from Sr. Planner or Manager. These plans must meet both the short- and long-term goals. Create and maintain the optimum inventory profile to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements, considering forecast accuracy, schedule compliance and production smoothing requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0 - 3 years related work experience
- Knowledge of production planning and optimizing within constraints
- Above average numerate and analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of Supply Chain
- Knowledge of SAP as it relates to inventory and the master production schedule
- Sound business and industry experience
- Advanced working knowledge of computers, including Windows, Lotus SmartSuite
- Ability to travel overnight to customers, vendors, and plant locations
