Job Description
GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, device deployment, patching, and customer-facing technical support.

Requirements

  • Support endpoint management through Microsoft Intune and SCCM
  • Assist with Windows Autopilot and SCCM imaging/provisioning workflows
  • Help manage software deployments, patching, device health, and compliance reporting
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, licenses, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID workflows
  • Troubleshoot common endpoint, deployment, enrollment, and configuration issues
  • Maintain detailed ticket updates, escalation notes, SOPs, and technical documentation
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams during deployments and support requests
