Job Description
The Associate Team Lead is a 6-month leadership development role designed to prepare Care Coordinators to assume a full Team Lead position. The role performs all essential functions of the Team Lead under supervision, with graduated authority and accountability.
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative / clinical medical setting or related customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
