Role OverviewAs an Associate Technical Consultant at srcLogic, you will participate in a 10-week comprehensive training program to develop your technical abilities and prepare you to become an essential member on one of our project teams. You will work closely with clients to build solutions using the Pega Platform, Agile project methodology, and client-facing skills.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing client business objectives, designing client solutions, troubleshooting and debugging applications, gathering and evaluating client feedback, and collaborating with development team members.

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Engineering and technical backgrounds are a plus
- 0-2 years' experience in a related consulting or software development position
- Familiarity with web application development, databases, operating systems, and programming concepts/languages (JavaScript, CSS, and HTML are a plus)
- US citizenship due to contracts with US federal government
