Role OverviewAs an Associate Technical Recruiter, you will support and manage recruiting across technical and mission-critical roles, with a particular focus on software engineering and product hiring. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent, hiring managers, and the broader recruiting team to evaluate candidates, manage hiring processes, maintain strong candidate engagement, and move searches forward with urgency.
What You Will Do
Manage recruiting processes across multiple open roles, primarily within engineering, product, and other technical functions. Conduct initial candidate screens and assess candidates against role requirements. Guide candidates through the recruiting process from first conversation through accepted offer.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency, startup, or other fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, product, or other technical roles strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and candidate management.
- Ability to conduct effective candidate screens and build sound candidate-assessment judgment.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidate processes simultaneously.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
