Role Overview

The Associate Test Engineer position is responsible for supporting RF, OTA, and EMC testing at a multi-client electromagnetic laboratory, executing tests, troubleshooting client issues, and providing technical support.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute complex RF, Antenna OTA, and EMC measurements and tests to client statements of work and aerospace/defense standards. Provide active engineering support to clients to assist in troubleshooting failures and analyze data to produce compliance-ready test reports and certificates.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience (with B.S.) or 0-1 years of experience (with M.S.) in Test Engineering
  • Familiar with electrical test and measurement equipment such as: Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Power Supplies
  • Theoretical understanding of RF, Antenna OTA, and EMC test and measurement principles
  • Understanding of aerospace and defense testing standards including MIL-STD-461 and DO-160
  • Experience developing automated test stands for various types of hardware
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)
